Winter 2021: This was an exciting collaboration between Elephant Island Winery, Nixon Hospitality and Wolfe Jack Supply Co. A wine spritzer product that was being enjoyed by staff and was finally to be shared with the public. Del's Super Cool is named after Del Hallaway who is principal winemaker and fruit grower at Elephant Island. The approach is nostalgic, minimal and punchy. It's super cool!
